Automate AI UGC with Claude + Higgsfield

One URL connects Higgsfield to Claude. After that you describe a product and get back a batch of AI UGC videos — each one scored for virality before you post it.

Higgsfield ships an official MCP server. Connect it once and Claude can generate images and video, train reusable characters, cut long videos into vertical clips, and score a hook's viral potential — all without leaving the chat.

No API key needed
~2 min to connect

1. What an MCP actually is

An MCP (Model Context Protocol) gives Claude access to an external tool.

  • Without it: Claude writes you a script and stops.
  • With it: Claude writes the script, generates the video, and hands you the file.

Higgsfield's runs as a hosted server, so there's nothing to install and no API key to manage. You authenticate with your normal Higgsfield login.

2. Connect it (2 minutes)

The MCP server URL
https://mcp.higgsfield.ai/mcp
  1. In Claude, open Settings → Connectors.
  2. Choose Add custom connector.
  3. Name it Higgsfield and paste the URL above.
  4. Click Add → Connect, then sign in with your Higgsfield account.

That's it. Ask Claude to generate an image and it'll route through Higgsfield.

On Claude Code, Codex, OpenClaw or Hermes? Use the CLI instead — Higgsfield documents it at higgsfield.ai/cli. Same account, better fit for terminal agents.

3. What it can and can't do

Worth knowing before you build a workflow on it, because a lot of write-ups online get this wrong.

It does not post to your social accounts

There is no TikTok / Instagram / YouTube connection here. Higgsfield's own docs describe the agent's abilities as: generate images, create videos, train characters, and browse your creation history. Generation, not distribution.

You download the files and post them yourself, or hand them to a scheduler. Anyone telling you Claude will publish straight to your accounts through this MCP hasn't tried it.

Videos cap at 15 seconds

A single generation produces up to 15 seconds of video. If you want a 30-second UGC ad, you build it from sequential clips — you can't ask for it in one shot. Plan your scripts around that or you'll fight the tool.

Two more practical notes: generations spend your existing Higgsfield credits (same pricing as the platform), and everything runs asynchronously — Claude queues the job and polls for the result, so video takes minutes, not seconds.

4. The six tools you get

Virality prediction

Score a video's hook strength and retention risk before it goes live — returns a 0–100 score with a breakdown. The most underrated tool here, and the one that changes how you work.

Video analyzer

Drop in a reference clip and get its structure, pacing and shot list broken down into a ready-to-run prompt. This is how you reverse-engineer a format that's already working.

Marketing video generator

Paste a product URL. It pulls the details and builds a launch video — then offers a 9:16 cut for Reels.

Soul character training

Upload reference photos once and reuse the same consistent character across an entire campaign. Use 20+ photos in one cohesive style; avoid blurry or mixed-style shots.

Cinematic image-to-video

Animate a still product shot with camera-move presets like Bullet Time. Good for making one product photo carry a week of content.

Viral clip generator

Feed it a long video and it cuts vertical clips, adds subtitles in the font you pick, and formats for TikTok or Reels.

Models under the hood include Soul 2.0, Kling 3.0, Seedance 2.0, Nano Banana Pro, Veo 3.1 and Cinema Studio 3.0. Claude picks one for you, or you name it.

5. The content-engine prompt

Paste this into a chat with the connector active, fill the four brackets, and let it run. It's written to respect the 15-second cap and to score every video before you post.

You are my AI UGC content engine. Use the connected
Higgsfield MCP to generate short-form video content.

MY PRODUCT: [describe it in two sentences]
TARGET AUDIENCE: [who is this for]
GOAL: [what action should viewers take]
NUMBER OF VIDEOS: [start with 5]

For every video:
1. Brainstorm a unique content angle.
2. Write a hook that lands in the first 3 seconds.
3. Write a UGC script that fits ONE Higgsfield
generation (15 seconds max). If the idea needs
longer, split it into sequential clips and label them.
4. Generate the video with Higgsfield.
5. Run virality prediction on it. If it scores below
70, rewrite the hook and regenerate once.
6. Write a caption and hashtags.

Requirements:
- Every hook must be different.
- Sound authentic, not salesy.
- Optimize for retention.
- Reveal the product naturally.
- No em dashes.

When done, give me a table with: video number, hook,
angle, virality score, caption.
Do not attempt to publish anything. I will post these
myself.

The line that earns its place is step 5. Most people generate a batch, post it, and find out later which hooks died. Scoring first means the weak ones never get published.

Prompts worth trying

  • Analyze this reel and rebuild it for my product: [URL]
  • Turn my landing page into 10 short-form concepts.
  • Make founder-style clips instead of polished ads.
  • Train a Soul character from these photos, then use her in all 5 videos.
  • Cut this 20-minute video into 3 vertical clips with subtitles.

6. Getting good output

  • Start with 5, not 50. Credits are real money and batch quality drifts. Find a hook that scores well, then scale it.
  • One audience per batch. Mixed targeting produces mush.
  • Reuse a winning angle across new hooks rather than chasing brand-new ideas every time.
  • Tell it explicitly not to repeat previous angles — otherwise batch three looks like batch one.
  • Watch every video before posting. AI UGC still produces the occasional uncanny take, and that one costs you more trust than the other nine gain.

The honest summary: this doesn't replace a content team. It replaces the blank page — going from a product description to a batch of scored, ready-to-post clips in one conversation. You still choose what's good enough to publish.
